When will my unit ship?

Current USA shipping timeframes are noted above the "Add to Cart" button on our product pages. For international shipping timeframes, please email hello@Pawcessories.com.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Your Pawcessories kibble dispenser is shipped in packaging to protect it from damage along the way. That being said, if your package arrives damaged or opened, please take the following steps before contacting us:

Immediately document the damage with pictures before opening the package.

Open the package and carefully inspect the contents to make sure your kibble dispenser and accessories are all present and undamaged.

If you do encounter any damage, please send picture documentation along with any supporting information to hello@Pawcessories.com.

We'll take it from there and file a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue on your behalf.

How can I track my order?

After ordering from Pawcessories.com, you should receive an email with your order confirmation. When your order is ready to ship, you'll receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track your shipment and make the necessary arrangements to receive your new kibble dispenser.

How do you ship my Pawcessories Kibble Dispenser?

When your dispenser is ready to ship, we'll fulfill it on our end and you'll receive an email with tracking information sent to the address that you used when placing your order.

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on your location:
